Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days of arrival, the first night is charged. Requests are confirmed by us within 24 hours.
How do I pay?
Nothing is charged online. We confirm your request within 24 hours and tell you how to pay – usually by bank transfer or on arrival.
Are there house rules?
Quiet hours 22:00–07:00. No smoking indoors. Mountain boots stay in the boot room. Dogs welcome in the cabin and loft on request.
Is there a tourist tax?
Yes: €2.50 per adult per night, shown in the price before you book.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use Find my booking with your booking reference and email, or write to us.
