When you request or make a booking we store your name, email address, phone number and country (if you give them), your message to us, and the booking details: property and room, dates, number of guests, price, status, payments we record and any cancellation.

We use these details only to handle your booking: to confirm it, contact you about it, prepare your stay and keep our accounts. We don't sell them or use them for advertising. No payment is taken on this website, so we never see or store card details here.

Emails about your booking (request received, confirmation, changes, cancellation and arrival information) are sent through Caffeine's email service, which receives your email address and the content of the email to deliver it.

You can ask an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to find a stay, make a booking, or look up or cancel your booking for you through ICP MCP, a connector to this website. The assistant then sends the details you give it to us on your behalf, just as if you had filled in the booking form yourself. Your booking reference and booking link give access to your booking, so only share them with assistants you trust.
